The Millennial trac is one of #CreatingPhenomenal. 80+ Million! A generation invited to live with zest and zeal for community, empowered to dream, create, and live with discovered Passion and delivered Purpose. A globally connected generation, moving forward in pursuit of the Discovery and Delivery of their Highest Potential; transitioning thoughts, notions, and ideas into their global physical equivalence.

As Millennials, to improve the global human condition, a little help will be needed, a little guidance, some inspired instruction, aimed at the need to grow quickly in the understanding of AMBITION as the connecting link to HOW?!? Feeling Your eagerness to contribute, yours is a rally cry heard worldwide. My contribution is an outline, a map of destination, whose sole purpose is to provide simple direction as you springing forward from where you stand today, to where you want or need to be tomorrow. Imagine, somebody willing to talk to You, about You, and providing You the tools to discover and deliver the authentic You. Can it get any better than this? To this end I share the knowledge gained in a life long pursuit of questioning, dissecting, and understanding, of HOW?!?

AMBITION has created the likes of Ford, Carnegie, Edison, Rosa Parks, MLK, Gates, Oprah, Jobs, Zuckerberg, Page, Brin, and the list goes on-and-on. Ambition is also responsible for Great Parenting, Loving Relationships of Mutual Respect, and Raised Spiritual Awareness. Ambition will lead us to the cures of disease, to peace, to greater love and understanding. Ambition in its greatest form aims in the service of others; we are not framing ambition aimed at aggression, abrasiveness, or over-indulgence. No, frame this AMBITION aimed at collaboration of efforts, the satisfaction of a common quest, the resolution heard in reply to, How Can I Serve?

AMBITION is the starting point of All Successes. From getting out of bed in the morning, to consuming a nutritious and rejuvenating diet, to the recognition that consistent exercise is the basis for continued health, that the rituals of prayer or meditation serve as the foundation of wholeness and personal balance.

AMBITION to deliver Your Highest Potential initiates with a simple notion... To deliver into the world my greatness, I prepare, today! #CreatingPhenomenal is a triangular, repeatable, process -- Dream it, Create it, Live it. Not very flashy and pretty simplistic, wouldn’t you say?

Yes! This may be the exact reason why we walk past it day after day; preferring to dream and create in struggle and toil. You have been Coded, pre-programmed from youth; hard work, the tortuous path, leads to achievement.  It’s time to rewrite this code! Today, in this moment, you discovered that it is AMBITION which lines the path to achievement. With desired purpose wrapped in a protective cover of AMBITION, the delivery of purpose ceases to ally with struggle and toil. Now, should you chose to refuse this moment - you will remain immune to the simplicity created through the adoption of the four simple words.  

I Can, I Will…

Regardless, of your Desired Purpose, you will deliver it through Ambition - Not Anxiety! Listen to yourself! It is in self awareness where your Highest Potential lies. Dream Your dreams, then learn to Create them, and Live the life that You imagine possible. Tapping Unending Capacity...

Imagination is more
important than intelligence.

Unending Capacity...

So let me ask... How is your venture going? Thinking that you have so much more to offer? Find yourself needing just a little more capacity?

If you answered Yes, then You had better get your dreams organized into purpose and do it without hesitation! 

Why the hurry? 

• First, the source of Universal Intelligence finds reward in, focused action taken with speed. 
• Second, there are plenty of others who are tuned-in and logged-on to the same universal network that you are.

So when the Universe ‘tweets’ a message of Need, others will pick-up on this need, just the same as you. The Universe does not play favorites. 

We have all been given our individual level of full capacity to apply the skills of ability; to hear and listen, to see and gain enlightenment. The Universe is simply looking to broadcast a message of need, in the form of opportunity; an individually received notion, idea or thought... A personal, what if moment. And then allows the person who is prepared to hear this opportunity of need, who will accept the challenge, declare the intention to deliver, and who is willing to exchange this thought need for focused action, to claim the transformation of a single thought into its physical equivalence. Imagine, the device that you are using to read these words was, once a single notion of opportunity, a notion of opportunity universally broadcast... free for the taking.

Needs and, Focus and Speed...
So it is with your current venture! An notion of opportunity, which you picked-up on and freely chose to accept the challenge of transforming this notion, idea, or thought into its physical equivalence. In the Universe there are no wasted needs. If the universe was fooling around, hoping for the best... Early man would have never attempted to rub two stones together in order to provide fire for warmth and protection. Michelangelo would still be staring at a block of granite. Newton would have picked the apple and eaten it. Columbus would have never set sail. Thomas Edison would have never heard the need for an ‘electric light-bulb’. Gates and Jobs would have never collided, void would be the space of technological advancement that makes my ability to pass on this global blog. This would have left you waiting for a book to arrive and then read-it by candle light. The Universe is NOT fooling around; It is moving forward with definite purpose! Even if this grand purpose and ultimate destination remains unbeknownst to you and I. 

To move with focus and speed you will need to understand where the focused action for HOW?!? comes from. This requires an understanding of the criteria of transformation; Imagination, and the synergy created through Inspiration and Motive.  

Let start with this question; 

So where do all these

notions, ideas and thoughts, come from?

Imagination -The Source of Unending Capacity...

To answer this question let’s dissect a recently delivered achievement of physical science; the Higgs Boson. The publishing and media world would attempt to market and sell this uncovered phenom as the 'GOD' Particle.  I say, Not so fast! Is the Higgs Boson Important? Significant? Relevant? Revealing? - Yes, Highly!!!  Now, I am not qualified nor do I intend to scientifically challenge the protocol of this discovery. But, I will ask this question... if Higgs is not the “God Particle”, is there a "GOD" Particle? 

The answer is, Yes!

IMAGINATION is the 'GOD' Particle... Here between the crevices’ of the brain, every Boson of Impulse, every thought of Desire is given shape, form, and an equivalent compelling course of action. Even, Higgs was smart enough to take up residence here! Here, Higgs took a nebulous notion and developed that notion into an idea and then created that idea into a thought of discovery, until the transformation of its physical equivalence was brought forth. Imagination is the only portal of creativity and transformation. So powerful is imagination that, it harbors an unstoppable relationship with Infinite intelligence.

Through Imagination, You will continue to discover, and harness more of nature's physical forces and phenomena. Higgs found his Boson through the use of applied imagination. Only through the continued use of Imagination, can humankind conjure any notion, idea or thought into its physical equivalence. Your Greatness hides here... You will come to know your Highest Human Potential here.

Through the use of Imagination, today we double knowledge on this planet at an amazing rate. The only limit known to Imagination?  USE or the Lack thereof.

Go Ahead, THINK… It’s Transformational!

Advancing Thoughts...

Moving beyond thoughts of simple survival, the beauty of uncovering your Desire of Purpose is that thinking never ends. You possess complete control to advance your thoughts to include all sorts of imagined things...

• Professional/career things; I want to Be the first person in my family to earn a Law Degree from Harvard, I want to learn great entrepreneurial skills from Stanford University. I will learn to become the Very Best in my field, trade, vocation.
• Family/relationship things; I want to learn to Be a great Mother/Father, In a spirit of caring and compassion; I want to develop the skill of unconditional love.
• Financial things; I want to Have an annual net income of $150,000, or I want to Do 10 million dollars in product sales.
• Personal things; How about - I want to Have a business of my own, where I assist in the nurturing of abandoned, undesired infants.

Can you see how easy it really is to fulfill your responsibility to Be, or Do, or Give, Anything that You Desire?

THINK... It’s Perfectly Natural!

To get started, all you have to do is... THINK! Afraid to start thinking? Don't be afraid - the universe will support your thoughts. The irony is the universe is broadcasting ideas in the form of needs, 24/7/365.  You should grow comfortable with the fact, the universe is recruiting thinkers constantly! Your immediate task is to get recruited.

Besides you were made to think. The ability to think and to act with purpose, beyond survival, is what separates humans from all the other creatures on the face of the earth. So, start being human and start thinking - grab a tablet (papered or digital), create a file titled PURPOSE, or start a new heading in your journal. Now, start looking and listening for ideas of need which the universe must resolve.  As you see, or hear of a need, you must begin by writing these notions, ideas or thoughts down. DO NOT leave it to chance that, you will remember 1hr from now the significant thought that just rolled into your mind. Your daily life is filled with distracting thoughts. If you are serious about the discovery and delivery of your Deepest Desire, you must develop the habit of writing down your notions, ideas and thoughts. This is the only way for you to pick-up your list tomorrow, read again what you wrote today and begin to expand your Intentions and Declarations. Notions, ideas and thoughts are much like shooting stars across the night sky. Burning brightly, to catch your attention, and fading just as quickly. Make sure to catch the amazement of your notions by writing them down, they are uniquely You and are powerful beyond measure!

Do not become alarmed or anxious; indeed, some thoughts just do not resonate to maturity from within. These non-maturing thoughts may eventually go away or resonate at a different period of life. At some point an idea will stick, and, supporting thoughts WILL arrive to fully mature your original notion; I promise you, this happens - just as rising sun follows the setting moon.

Developing PURPOSE...

Don't freak out when you start wondering about HOW will I deliver this - HOW is coming sooner than you know. Just keep looking, listening, thinking, and keep writing - You are looking for What and Why, only. We'll take care of HOW shortly. - First, give a few minutes to - Your Deepest Desire to uncover your Divine PURPOSE!

The significance of PURPOSE backed by Faith has been outlined to us in these word:

• What the Mind of Man Can Conceive and Believe it Can Achieve.

This formulated thought was revealed to us through Earl Nightingale, and is repeated through-out his lifetime of work. Earl often referred to it as ‘the strangest secret’.

In this ‘secret’ you are reminded that you can only see what you already know. That your current circumstance is a collection of all that you have thought to-date. If you are dissatisfied with your current circumstance, or are simply looking to improve upon a good thing, you transform by thinking. In this way you are empowered to move with confidence; if you can see a Universal need to be resolved, the inspired thoughts of resolution must already be with you.

Self-Radiance of Highest Potential…

It is my greatest hope that you begin where you stand! Record your inspired thoughts, expand them to include the isolation of Inspiration and Motivation. Holding these thoughts as things through your expansion from within-to-the-outside, to overcome all restraints. This is Your Self-Radiance of Highest Potential!   

In your OneGR8Life, Self-Radiance is your gift of Divinity. Self-Radiance is never to be an Affirmation of ego driven self-love, self-admiration, self-absorption. Rather, Self-Radiance is your Divine Purpose, Affirmed in the service to others. Divine Purpose, held in thought, is positively transformational; a radiation of LOVE from within-to-the-outside. Self-Radiance is intended as your Becoming; once discovered, it permeates your existance of Being, or Doing, or Giving.

This is HOW?!? you share your unique gifts to the world, in the exacting passage of your life on earth. This is your source of Self-Sustained Joy and Happiness.
