-- If you could only figure out - HOW?!?

Let's work on this together... ok?

The answer to HOW?!? stems

from a deeper understanding

of the differences between

our social desire to Attain

and the deeper divine

desire to Obtain.

The Subtle Differences...

The social pressure is to devalue your life through Attainment. This social pressure to attain, to touch, to reach out and grab at, drives you to experience life in reaction. In this sense, we are digging in the wrong hole. Living life in reaction, is typically void of internal purpose.

The Attainment approach presumes that in order to reach your Desire, there must be completion; the successful accomplishment of something. Enter the madness... in the attainment cycle there is NO accomplishment; there is No end. This lifestyle only desires to touch more, creating a larger void, driving the desire to touch even more, and the void only gets bigger. Recognize that this void cannot be satisfied; the desire to touch more, only produces the drive to touch more... an unending cycle.  So let's break the cycle!

I know... But, HOW?!?

At the fork in the Road...

We find ourselves at the fork fork in the road. Before us, there are only two paths, the paths are clearly marked; Attainment and Obtainment. We have already deduced the folly of leading a life driven to attainment. You know what this means? Time to REJUVENATE our spirit adventure!

That's right - There is No harm in REJUVENATING the Spirit... It's your OneGR8Life - No one says that you cannot break-out of the attainment cycle. Maybe you don't appreciate a reactionary life? Maybe you would like to 'hold' the responsibility to Dream, Create and Live the life of your choosing; versus the life being fed to you in reaction? The reasons to break-out of the attainment cycle are as unique as your finger-prints, and as plentiful as the stars. Your life has greater value than any object which can be touched in attainment!

So what do you think, do we need a map to outline the path to Obtainment? I think yes, - a map to outline the path to obtainment would be highly effective and extraordinarily useful. Do you know where we can find this map? Do you know if such a map even exist? Has anyone ever shared with you the knowledge of having ever seen such a map? Come on then, we'll need to start somewhere...

The Holding of Highest Human Potential...

Obtainment of your Highest Human Potential; this is your Divine Purpose! The Obtainment of your Divine Purpose is NOT some'thing' that you can acquire/purchase; you cannot Attain this in the form of collection, you cannot touch your notion, idea or thought of Divine Purpose. Divine Purpose is something we Obtain; we 'hold' within us our Desire of Purpose in the form of a notion, idea or thought. Your Highest Human Potential is the utilization of your divinely granted abilities to transform your 'Purpose' into its physical equivalence - Something to BE, or to DO, or to HAVE. 

Hold on, Now... HOW?!? can I recognize the true nature of my Purpose?

The choices that you make reveal the true nature of your character. It is Character that reveals your destiny of Purpose. The Freedom of Choice to select your character virtues is extraordinarily significant in your human desire to hold self-sustained Joy and Happiness. Purpose is recognized by two very distinct characteristics; Destination and Direction. The trick is to find a method to match your needed Character Virtues, your WHO, with your choice of Destination (WHAT) and Direction (HOW). 

Remember this,

"If You First you determine WHO, then

WHAT and HOW must follow!"

How Phenomenal is that?

Divine Significance...

The transformation of purpose, replaces the attainment reaction cycle. This transformation flows outward from within us; in exchange for our life on earth we are to uncover and give our life purpose. Our give is significant for the improvement of the human condition. In this way Divine Purpose transcends to incorporate the greatest potential of all understood dogma or creed. In this light of knowledge, it becomes understandable as to why your purpose must be delivered as contribution to the completion of the larger universal puzzle; each piece being unique and there are no spare pieces! Each one of us has a contribution to make in the form of Divine Purpose. In this regard, there can be no completion without your contribution, the delivery of your piece, your purpose.

You are Important! You are Divinely significant; nobody can strip this significance away from you without your consent. Your significance was handed to you Divinely with the cutting of the umbilical cord. Your Highest Human Potential is Obtained through the transformation of your unique Divinely granted purpose. You cannot give it back... you cannot bury it in the backyard... you cannot run from it...  you can only deliver.

Obtainment Defined...

To date, we have invested a good amount of energy on;

• The Nature of YourOneGR8Life
• The Adventure of life-long Abundance
• The Release of Fear, to Embrace Bliss
• The role of Ambition, to gain awareness of Greatness within
• The utilization of Intention, to release Phenomenal

All of these things bring us to the apex of defining Obtainment.

OBTAINMENT:

The External Radiation from within

of Highest Human Potential; the fulfillment Ambition

of Divine Purpose. The utilization of internal virtues

for the transformation of a notion, idea or thought,

to a Desire of Purpose, to Be, Do or Have,

into its Physical Equivalence.

Read through this definition a couple of times. Link back to the previously shared topics. Now that you know where you are going, a quick double-back for a re-read will have so much more to offer.

Mindful Moments (Thoughts for You to Take Away…)

My Divinely granted Purpose is the truest source of my self-sustained Joy and Happiness; the truest source of my significance. My lifetime significance will Not Be Based on what I attain in life; the car I drive, the purse I carry, the suit I wear. My life-long happiness will not be found in a chair, in an office up top on the 52nd floor, or in a title of professional achievement. If I continue digging in this direction, at best, I will find a sense of temporary satisfaction. At life's end my fulfillment will not be found in a bank account, or from a garage filled with Maserati's.

Early on, I want to recognize that Obtainment of my Highest Potential will not be a matter of luck or the breaks. I will have to work, and at times I will be asked to work hard. The requirement of luck or a break would imply that I must receive in order to deliver my Divine Purpose. Instead, I AM free to begin my delivery, with No Permissions required. The transformation of my Divine Purpose, the Obtainment of my Highest Human Potential, is given through-out my life; I AM free to start at my earliest convenience!

Over the past couple of weeks we have been engaging in a fairly active conversation, Creating Phenomenal. Before we get into today's post, It is important to me that you recognize that this conversation has a primary mission; To Improve the Human Condition, Specifically, Yours! Nothing more, Nothing less.

The goal of this conversation, is to add value to your life and to assist in your Creation of Phenomenal. Where does Phenomenal exist?

Phenomenal is engineered; as a repeatable life-style patterned to produce self-sustained Joy and Happiness. We use this life-style pattern for the development and transformation of your OneGR8Life; to Dream it, Create it, Live it! In this transformation we are able to focus the intention of the Human Operating System (HOS), towards the Obtainment of your Highest Human Potential.

The Event of Life...

We have shared the fact that each life has an embedded and deliverable, Purpose. The agents of Intended delivery are Courage and the Action of Intended Purpose. Intended Purpose supports our very existence through the creators allowance for each of us to Be, Do or Have anything which we desire; That, every Human Being has been given the Divine right to pursuit and deliver Something. This pursuit enhances life through mission. It then becomes our duty to uncover the Dream of Purpose, to Create it, and Live it!

The question of the ages is HOW?!?

The Process...

I have dedicated my purpose to understand HOW?!?  For 30+ years I have attempted to answer this question; I have not been disappointed! As with every opportunity of question, we are delivered an answer. It is my Intention to outline a repeatable and reusable process for the Obtainment of your Highest Human Potential.

Who might be most interested in this shared message?

• If you think that You have much more to offer, if you could only figure out HOW?!? You will be interested!
• If you are employed and you are attempting to navigate your career, and you need to figure out HOW?!? You will be interested!
• If you are self-employed and you are fighting the good fight but, are wondering HOW?!? do I sustain Purpose, Joy and Happiness… You will be interested!
• Recently Divorced and you are bewildered with HOW?!? You will be interested!
• Faced with a major life altering event and HOW?!? looms like a dark cloud… You will be interested!
• New to College and reality is pounding at the door, where HOW?!? is upon you like a nightmare...You will be interested!

Intention Rules the Universe…

There should be little doubt in our minds surrounding the truth of this statement. As it is The Creator's intention that all human life obtain their Highest Potential; The Creator has placed every living thing, at the footsteps of mankind. As reinforcement, in the spirit of Intended Accomplishment, The Creator then embellishes mankind with the greatest of all gifts... The Freedom of Choice.

That mankind inherit the responsibility of free choice, represents unchangeable support and confidence, in the Creator's desire that we are to solve for HOW?!? and to achieve our Highest Potential. This extends to the responsibility of every human to uncover and deliver their unique Purpose. You must understand that it is Your earthly duty to Choose 'anything' which You Desire to Be, Do or Have and, to deliver this choice.

I know, it seems pretty unfathomable...  Anything?

ANYTHING!!!  - Pretty remarkable...  Don't you agree?

Support of this fundamental comes through the Natural Laws of Physics and Meta-Physics... Newton's Laws of Action/Reaction, Cause and Effect, Motion and Equilibrium; even the natural Law of Attraction.

Creating Phenomenal, is a Process, not an Event  - Is there any doubt that, this is Your OneGR8Life? That you are responsible to Dream it, Create it, Live it? That You are responsible for -the development of your life; the irreplaceable usage of time for, -the discovery and delivery of purpose? to self-sustain Joy and Happiness? 

Yes, It is on You to figure out... HOW?!?

Ambition is the starting point of all Achievement.

Initiated as an Attitude of mind;

I CAN, I WILL!

Imagine - No Limitations…

Regardless of your determined Desire of Purpose, you WILL deliver it through Ambition - Not Anxiety, Not Panic, Not Sympathy, Not Self-Pity! Imagine for one minute that you have No Limitations on what you can BE, or DO, or HAVE… only Ambition will carry you there!!

YES,  there is something extraordinary about the feeling received as we do the work required to fully deliver our Desire of Purpose; while maintaining an Ambitious thought as simple as - I Can, I Will.

Initiate Phenomenal…

Like every journey of significance, the most difficult step is the very first leap of faith. In your initiation to Create Phenomenal, You have absolutely nothing to fear. The life of your past will not return to you - You must drive forward! Driving forward cannot occur if you continue to look into the rear view mirror. Your creation of Phenomenal requires you to trust your instinct… You must release, you must let go of, those thoughts of self-limitation. You must release yourself from your past - and come to face the reality, that it is time to move forward!! These thoughts of self-limitation DID NOT serve you in your past… They WILL NOT serve you onto your future. Where you are going, your thoughts of self-limitation have No Value.

Still anxious about letting go of your thoughts of self-limitation? Don’t Be! How about we exchange or trade them… this way you can leave them from where you are, right now. And, in the next few paragraphs, we will replace them with thoughts of empowerment and of greater value. Can you accept this exchange… You leave behind thoughts of self-limitation and then replace them with thoughts of empowerment and thoughts of greater value.

I think you should take me up on this offer of exchanged thoughts… It may be the only time the universe extends to you something... in return for nothing. The Universes thought of empowerment, in return for Your thoughts of self-limitation - Just saying…

The “A” Words…

In alignment with your creation of PHENOMENAL, the discovery and delivery of your unique Highest Human Potential, there are three stones of virtue that must be set into place. These stones will assure your repeated safe passage, to your birthright of self-sustained Joy and Happiness.

By name you will recognize these stones as;

• Ambition
• Affirmation
• Achievement

AMBITION…

Look, the universe needs each of us to deliver our piece of the larger puzzle, our unique Highest Potential, are you with me on this?  Well then, the universe must have supplied us with an achievement tool to use, or at the very least, forged a trail for us to follow. Indeed, it did! The universe provided to us, Ambition.

Ambition is the GR8 initiator!! Without Ambition you park your Ass in the sofa and you never put down the remote. The Beauty of Ambition: it knows not Age, or Creed, or Race, or Gender, or Preference, or Privilege of Community. Ambition is at the core of your Highest Human Potential. Ambition leads you to the good life; turning hopes and dreams into reality. Ambition is the pathway traveled between impossible and possible. True Ambition keeps you on course. You don't need to feel embarrassed by your Ambitious Desires. True Ambition is an ally which keeps you grounded, True Ambition says; if I want to deliver my highest potential tomorrow, then I better prepare for it today! True Ambition roots itself in the service of others; not in, at the expense of others. Helping others to achieve

their ambitions is a very powerful and affirming purpose. You need this stone of Ambition!! Pick-It Up! Never take your eye off of this stone; Never trade it, Never lend it! Carelessness of Ambition WILL Abort your PHENOMENAL efforts.

AFFIRMATION…

    ~I AM born to release... Fear, Anxiety, Self-Limitation

         ~I AM born to embrace... The Greatness Within.

       I AM choosing to Live this OneGR8Life, because I have been

         granted ALL the strength I need to deliver it in greatness!

This is the Affirmation that you are looking for in order to move forward. In order to initiate your creation of PHENOMENAL. We have to find this statement very reassuring. It's claim supports the fact that my purpose and your purpose (our Highest Potential), the pieces; are universally important! That if indeed the universe is trying to piece a puzzle together, it WILL, at some point in time, need the purpose that has been placed within us.

Affirmation comes in two flavors; Positive and Negative. Just as we are what we eat, (garbage in, garbage out); we WILL be come what we think about. So desirous is the Universe for us to rise to its level of consciousness, that it will allow a single idea, notion or thought to carry us there. If you are dissatisfied with the direction of your consciousness, then simply adopt a new idea, notion, or thought to alter both your attitude and your altitude of joy and happiness. In this way You are in control of creating sustained happiness; thoughts of opulence and abundance, can only yield to you a consciousness of opulence and abundance. Self-limiting thoughts of scarcity and poverty can only yield in return the same.  

Now, let's think about this for just a moment... in my mind, the universe is very mighty-ful -and because of this might, I am pretty confident that it is Not going to be denied the completion of the puzzle; simply because you or I decide to withhold our piece of the puzzle (our potential).  Agreed?  ---  Good! So, pick-up this stone! Dust it off, place it into your back-pack; begin where you stand - create you Affirmation of Abundance and keep walking forward.

In My OneGR8Life, I WILL receive

an Abundance, of ALL good things!

ACHIEVEMENT...

Achievement assures the obtainment of PHENOMENAL. Achievement is not just one single act, in a single moment, on one single day. Achievement is the string of actions taken moment-by-moment, day-after-day.  In this way, PHENOMENAL is the accumulation of achievement(s). The successful Achievement of your current desire of Purpose then comes to you through the pursuit of your worthy purpose, bringing to you the created life of, PHENOMENAL.

For the moment, think of creating PHENOMENAL as  - Winning a World Championship. In this light, Achievement is then the accumulation of wins. The goal is to accumulate as many wins as possible and as many wins in a row as possible,  So HOW do we do this?

Oddly enough you have already initiated the achievement cycle...

- You have successfully unloaded from your back-pack, your past stones of frustration and self-limitations.

- You have already achieved a single idea to leave these stones behind, and begin to replace them with stones of greater value.

This is already an accumulation of wins. So do not leave the stone of achievement behind, pick it up, place it in your back-pack and let's keep going...

The Unspoken ‘A’ Word…

Critical to your successful efforts in obtaining PHENOMENAL, is the recognition of the unspoken “A” word. It is Critical for you to recognize that at the core of 'At the expense of others' is another “A” word... Assh0!e. When you run across this stone, Please, DO NOT pick-up this stone. 'At the expense of others' nullifies achievement, and will only serve to cripple Ambition. This stone WILL NOT serve you where you are going! If you somehow find yourself already in possession of this stone, abandon it, Immediately! Rid yourself of it’s stench and it’s destructive influence.

Ambition initiates my creation of PHENOMENAL; a life-style choice which finds its foundation, cemented in the simple attitude of mind, I CAN, I WILL. This Affirmation of thought serves as my ‘go-to’ of achievement. In the spirit of PHENOMENAL, I come to the recognition that this is my OneGR8Life. In this life I embrace the opportunity to live without restraint; to abandon my thoughts of self-limitation. It is my obligation to discover and deliver, the Desire of my Purpose from the greatness within me! It is my OneGR8Life and I AM invited to BE, or to DO, or to HAVE, Anything that I Desire.

System ERROR: The Human Operating System.

"Do you know why 90% of us move to 'Can't'

when we come face-to-face with the

opportunity of our Highest Human Potential?"

"You need to Stop this...   and Stop Quickly!"

What Just Happened...

I don't know what happens with the cutting of the umbilical cord. On the way into life, it sure seems that at this precise moment, someone hits the 'reset' button. Up to that moment everything seems to be just fine... warm and cozy. We knew it all! - Just how much to eat, how much room we needed to stretch-out, just how big to grow, how much fun we were going to have when the big break-out occurred, just how kind the mirror was going to be when you stood there in your 'skinny' jeans...

Then the moaning and groaning, pushing and shoving starts-up and with a burst of energy bouncing out as a bundle of joy we come - SMACK! the hard drive unexpectedly crashes; System ERROR!, the blue screen of death appears, the operating system wiped out! Along with wiping-out the Operating Instructions, all memory of confidence and purpose are erased. We are left with few choices but to REBOOT. That's right, full system RECONFIG is required to regain all critical life processing.

It is Your OneGR8Life: Abort-Retry-Ignore...

It is little wonder that 90% of us move to "can't" when we come face-to-face with our opportunity of Highest Human Potential. In this arena we are limited in knowledge and scarce in past experience. When it comes to a REBOOT of this magnitude, our System ERROR choices are limited to Abort-Retry-Ignore. For the majority, the typical solution is to wonder aimlessly, hoping for the best. After years of bewilderment we may come to give-up, realizing the scope of work and the complexity of having to rewrite the software; even armed in Faith, we may find an unwillingness to REBOOT.

Everyone REBOOTS!...

Recognize that REBOOT may occur many times through the course of life. As a youth we experience a REBOOT with the physical changes occurring during adolescence. How about the change from secondary education into college/university life? And the transformation from student to professional? Think you might need a REBOOT from single to married? How about a REBOOT with the joyous additions to family?

Ever experience the need to REBOOT professionally, as you progress through career changes? What about the REBOOT necessary with the unexpected loss of employment? What about the REBOOT necessary with life altering illness? Or, the sudden loss of a loved one? How about the critical nature of REBOOT from Married to Divorced? Think you may need to REBOOT in order to cope with the added responsibility of caring for an aging parent? Yes, through-out life REBOOT of the Human Operating System is a necessity!

So pick your current circumstance or a circumstance from your unique past, we all have encountered the need to REBOOT our Human Operating System. But, HOW?!?

I hear ya - loud and clear!!

The Unanswered Question...

HOW!?! - has always been the unanswered question. Support for this statement can be found by simply counting the number of self-help/Success titles that line the bookshelves of libraries and bookstores (digital and brick-n-motor). The answer to HOW?!?, has driven me through 30+ years of research and gained me irreplaceable experience of trial and error. This research revealed to me, a process which regardless of past experience can be used repeatably through-out life. This process leads you to an understanding of the hiding place of  your divine purpose and to the delivery of any desire that you choose to Be, Do or Have.

In the weeks ahead we will continue to expose HOW?!?  I will not deviate from this topic until we have completed the REBOOT process. Regardless of your current or past circumstance REBOOT is achievable! We have already previewed a key component; your Ambition of Desire, to Be, Do or Have, coupled with an attitude of mind, I Can, I Will.

What Can a Man Believe - 1927

The Source of Real Desires and Riches...
It took me near 30+ years of research, trial and error, to find the truth and hidden riches of these words. These words have to be the most powerful collection assembled to open our next discussion;

DISCOVER - Infinite Inspiration and Motivation. 

The Obtainment of your Highest Human Potential will percolate from this source. As you will see, the discovery of and delivery of your Desire of Purpose, is what drives Obtainment. If You stop to review your Map to Obtainment, you will soon come to realize that Obtainment is a Value Proposition. Ambition initiates the flow of value, springing forth with WHO and then transforms into WHAT, followed by WHY; and only then can we exchange it for HOW. The increasing Proposition stems from, the opportunity to Be, Do, or Have more by simply becoming more... recognize 'now', that the more you give, the more you become eligible to receive.

Transformation...
You are today in your current circumstance because of the What thoughts, and experiences, that have carried you to this point; to this day. You can be no more and be no less than what you currently know. Twenty pages from now you will be in possession of infinitely more knowledge. When this occurs the universe will have the privilege of expecting more from you. You see it is very simple; where much is given, much is expected in return.

Thus, to Obtain your Desire of Purpose, new things will be required of you; you must expand your understanding in order to carry ‘new’ thoughts. The current goal remains to transform these new thoughts and ideas into Purpose. Yes, the delivery of your Desire of Purpose will require new thoughts of faith, transformed into courageous acts. At this particular point in your REBOOT cycle, you must have faith to believe that which you do not fully understand. You must grow your knowledge such that, you no longer believe that your own limitations, your current self-limiting thoughts, are the proper measure of your limitations.

Recall, our earlier statement...

In my OneGR8Life,

it is my responsibility,

it is my duty,

to Have, Be or Do

Anything that I Desire!

You need to memorize this statement as the first REBOOT Principle towards the Obtainment of Highest Human Potential.

If you stopped reading right here and spent the rest of your life simply applying this single Principle, you would have a tough time not stumbling across the finish line with Desires satisfied and Riches attained. But, 'attainment' is not what we are after. 'Obtainment' of Highest Human Potential remains as our Desire of intentional focus. So let’s march on. It is significant that we understand the origin of Desire and ultimately uncover the method to transform this thought of desire into meaningful Purpose.

5 Questions of Receivership...
In the discovery and transformation of Purpose, there are 5 questions of receivership. My hope is that you would record these questions and initiate their response in a journal. Your journal can be as simple as a smart phone 'notes' titled My OneGR8Life. It is critical that you reflect on these questions and resolve yourself to a reply.

(1)  Who am I?

(2)  What do I feel?

(3)  What do I want to Be, Do or Have?

(4)  What is my Passion?

(5)  What is my Purpose?


Keep your mind clear!  Avoid the anxiety of attempting to resolve for HOW?!? Give yourself permission to Dream, to Create, to Live. The focus of this exercise is Who and What, Only!

Remain Calm... The answer to these questions may be buried so deep, that they may seem to have been dismissed or, may have lied dormant for so long as to be almost forgotten, or may be so repressed that you suppose they were dead. 

Rejoice and be filled with Gratitude... The more you Give, the more you Receive!
   ~ You have been encoded from birth to resolve these questions.

Uncover, Discover, Achieve...

In all your educational or life experience - ever taken a class on SYNC?  You know, SYNCing internal traits with external pursuits?  For a majority of you, probably, not!  That's Ok! This is not the stuff they teach in High School, College, In Trade School, In Grad School... When it comes to SYNC, You are left on your own! It wasn't any different for me either. So, I had to create my own system. This system is based on uncovering years of hard charging, compounded by a relentless pursuit with myopic vision. The system has been battle tested and is guaranteed to minimize distractions and reduce uncertainty.


SYNC - Uncover, Discover, Achieve...
UNCOVER - your WHO traits.  Tools required: A Pencil, and a Clear and Truthful Mind. This is a manpower resource issue.  We cannot consistently execute our WHAT, if we have not defined WHO. WHO are you? What are your WHO values? What WHO values run most dominant within your personal fabric? Are the WHO values that You currently possess adequate or compatible for the WHAT You are currently pursuing as your Desire of Purpose? Or, do we need to upgrade our current WHO value set? No harm in upgrading! It is Your OneGR8Life; in order to Live it - You must Create it... to Create it you must first Dream it.

The course work here is to place WHO before WHAT and well before HOW. Big Dreams and Gianormous Goals are the expectation for your OneGR8Life. But, you need to understand that what you are attempting to do is exchange WHO for WHAT. The accomplishment objective, to BE, DO or HAVE more (your WHAT), cannot be fulfilled unless you become more (increase your WHO).

I've said it before, but it is worth repeating... If No Change was necessary for you to Live your OneGR8Life; You'd already be there! The reality is None-of-Us is there, yet. We constantly find ourselves in a state of becoming. As an important note: You should be advised that this is the initiating exchange to be encountered along the Obtainment pathway; Become More, in Exchange to Be, Do or Have More.

DISCOVER - Apply your WHO traits to your WHAT (Desire of Purpose). In this scope we are ready to pick goals that suit our internal frame work.  No more anxiety about being truly committed; you are working outward from an internal core that you exclusively selected. Erased is the internal / external conflict.  Erased are the  fluffy aspirations, and useless Psycho-babble; magically everything blends... Mental, Physical, Spiritual. How can it not? ‘You’ selected your WHO virtues as those that would be required to deliver your Desire of Purpose. Who knows you better than you? Who knows better than You, as to what all is involved in the transformation of your Desire of Purpose. This unique position from which you begin, is meant to launch you forward with extraordinary confidence.

ACHIEVE - In Control; the state of being when - WHO and WHAT are in harmony... Your Being is SYNC'd. You have reviewed WHO you are, and established WHO you need to become, You have determined What is important. - Every thing that you do now comes from an internal core that is based on your individual value system.   - From this state you can start charging forward.

Recognize that past attempts to achieve a specific goal may have lacked the formality of a planned approach. Specifically, a planned approach that roots back to uncovering your individual ‘WHO’ traits.
